This notice is awaiting sign-off. It describes accurately what the careers site does today, but our company registration details still need adding, and if you are applying from Europe there is a question about your data being stored in Singapore that we have not finished answering. If any of that matters to your decision to apply, email [email protected] and ask before you send anything.
The careers site does not set any cookies, and there is no banner asking you to accept any. Nothing here follows you around.
What that means in practice
- No analytics. We do not measure who visits or what you look at.
- No advertising or social media pixels. Nothing is shared with anyone to retarget you.
- No embedded third-party players or chat widgets, which are the usual smuggled-in cookies.
We do count applications per role, but from the applications themselves, not from anything stored in your browser.
The one exception
The staff area at /hr sets a single sign-in cookie, which is what keeps a recruiter logged in while they read applications. It is strictly necessary for logging in, it holds no advertising or tracking data, and you will never receive it as a candidate — only Mad Monkey people staff can reach that part of the site.
If this changes
Adding anything that stores data in your browser means a consent banner and an update to this page first. See privacy for what we hold about you when you actually apply — that is where the real detail is.
